Richard has held senior legal and operational positions in Cheltenham, serves as a reserve legal officer at UK Space Command, and serves as sanctions counsel to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office. He is appointed to the Attorney General's list of specialist regulatory advocates and has published on artificial intelligence, data protection, and cybercrime.
