we achieve this by acting under the public access scheme, which allows you to instruct a barrister directly on terms to suit you.
we offer the following:
legal advice and consultancy services;
drafting and reviewing letters and legal documents;
Contractual negotiations and advice;
representation in court, meetings, mediations or arbitrations;
virtual in-house counsel — we’ll join your team, learn your business and provide legal services on demand (e.g. via Slack/signal);
locum lawyer — Temporary cover or surge capacity for your in-house legal team or compliance function.
our legal services are covered by professional indemnity insurance and are regulated by the Bar Standards Board. feel free to read our privacy policy and our complaints policy.
